Launching of Additional Desa Cantik in Merauke Regency

BPS Merauke Regency has again declared 9 villages in Kurik District as additional Desa Cantik. Taking place at the Harapan Makmur Village office, the launch was attended by all village heads throughout Kurik District. Desa Cantik is a BPS program to encourage increased statistical literacy, awareness, and data independence at the village/village/sub-district level. Through this program, it is hoped that villages will have the ability to manage data independently, accurately, and sustainably to support data-based development so that it can be beneficial for the wider community.
